Why BambuFab?
BambuFab creates clothing and everyday essentials made from bamboo fiber. Discover our collection of bamboo fiber socks, dishcloths, children's clothing, loungewear, and more. Compared with conventional materials, bamboo fiber offers a more eco-conscious choice with a soft, breathable, and comfortable feel.
Are your products made from 100% bamboo fiber?
No, Bambufab products are primarily made from bamboo fiber, with small amounts of other materials such as cotton and acrylic.
Are sock sizes the same as shoe sizes?
Not exactly! Please refer to the size chart on the product page to choose the right size.
Where Are Your Socks Made?
All our bamboo fiber socks are designed and manufactured in China.
How Should I Care for My Socks?
Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid bleach. It's that simple!
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, customers can cancel the order through the order management page or contact our customer service team, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Do you run promotions?
We do! Subscribe using the sign-up form in our website footer to be the first to know—and don’t worry, we’re not into spam.
SHIPPING & PACKAGE PROTECTION
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer to process.
What shipping options are available?
Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. Bambufab selects the most suitable shipping method based on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders of $39 or more or during specific promotional events. Please check the shipping information displayed at checkout.
Can I upgrade shipping after I order?
Generally, we do not offer expedited shipping by default. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about available express shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it. What now?
Check with neighbors, your leasing office, or local post office first. Still no luck? Contact us.
Is the item's packaging gift-style packaging?
No, all items come in minimalist, eco-friendly packaging.
If you need gift packaging, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Unworn socks in original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. After receiving your order, please contact our customer service team to confirm that the items are unused before initiating a return. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
What if my socks are defective?
We’re on it. Email a photo and your order info to hello@bambufab.com within 30 days. We'll replace or refund ASAP.

Do you make custom socks?
Currently, we do not offer customization services for bamboo fiber socks.
